Individual should be able to work independently across Hadoop/Big data stack. Hands-on knowledge of Map-reduce, Pig, Hive and other tools such as oozie, zookeeper etc. Experience across various distribution platforms such as Cloudera, MapR and Hortonworks. Ability to design and make architectural recommendations in Big data platform.

· Should be experienced in Hadoop Cluster Administration activities.

· Should have experience in designing, building and implementing Big data solutions and executing POC's.

· Should be conversant with Teradata, and ETL tools.

· Should possess strong communication skills and analytical skills

· Financial services domain background will be preferred.

· Experience: 5+ years in DW-BI and at least 2-3 years in Big data platform.
