Salesforce Administrator
Location: King of Prussia,PA

Comm skills are a premium, banking is almost necessary. If your candidate has "nCino" – HUGE plus.
Key Skills:
- Must be proficient with Salesforce administration. Certified Salesforce.com Administrator is preferred, but not required.
- Add/disable users.
- Personally work with a user base of at least 100 people.
- Create/modify permission sets.
- Modify custom objects, fields, record types, layouts.
- Use Dataloader for bulk data manipulation.
- Understand data structure, data models, and data loads.
- Create basic workflows and validation rules.
- Create automations using process builder and flows.
- Create change sets and move changes between sandboxes.
- Understand Lightning configuration.
- Must have great written/verbal communication skills.
- Will be required to provide salesforce training to user community.
- Will be required to create user documentation or training guide for system customizations.
- Must be able to understand a business requirement and translate it into Salesforce architecture and implementation. Strong listening skills to understand the difference between stated requirements and actual requirements.
- Ability to work in a team setting and take design and/or architecture direction from the Sales and Marketing Technology Manager.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic project management skills. Ability to plan and execute concurrent small projects.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Understanding of Agile Scrum development methodology.
- Strong understanding of change management process concepts.
- Understanding of sales lifecycle best practices.
- Ability to develop and document technical specifications.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and the Force.com platform a plus.
- Experience using nCino banking software strongly desired.
- Configure DocManager, products and credit memos.
- nCino certified administrator is a plus.
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of Salesforce.com Sales Cloud administration experience required. Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology Field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Salesforce.com Administrator Certification preferred
