SPECIFIC SKILL SETS REQUIREMENTS:
·        Ability to act as liaison between business and IT, clearly translating business requests into detailed system requirements
·        Ability to organize, specify and model requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous
·        Ability to meet with stakeholders to understand their business needs and ultimately their business requirements

WHAT EXACTLY WILL THIS INDIVIDUAL BE WORKING ON?

The Sr Business Analyst will work as a member of our eBusiness team. As a Sr Business Analyst, this position will be responsible for working with the a consumer shopping site, vendor apps and other solutions stakeholders identify that will help the organization meet its goals and deliverables. In this capacity this individual will be required to work across various teams, Digital Marketing and vendors.
·        Meeting with stakeholders to understand their needs and wants to identify the signed off on exact requirements
·        Specifying Requirements by documenting requirements in a format that can be shared with stakeholders
·        Validating and verifying requirements by ensuring the requirements map to the real business need, are approved by all relevant stakeholders, and meet essential quality standards
·        Working very closely with the developers and the project managers on any issues that might arise
·        Raising any risks that may impact the requirements on a project
·        Create and run test cases and assist during release process
·        Contributing to the project management plan in terms of requirements approach, risks, constraints, assumptions and planning
·        Working with external vendors as necessary
·        Incorporating new ideas and approaches into recommended solutions
·        Providing frequent communication of status to customers, supervisor and the team as a whole
·        Demonstrating a strong commitment to complete established deliverables on time with high degree of quality
