Role: Project Manager with Clinical Process Improvement Experience

Location- Jacksonville, FL

Duration- 6 months

Rate-DOE

Job Description:

 

• Lead, manage, execute, and sustain business process re-design activities to transform the case, disease, and utilization management business organization from the event centric manually intensive business model to a member centric organization enabled by the new UM/Care Management platform.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to drive change management necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Assign tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines to business process re-design team members to complete tasks on-time and on-budget. 
• Work collaboratively with the clinical training team to aid in the development of training that drives the adoption of re-designed business processes and sustain the organizational change to a member-centric care management model.
• Identify and remove process risks that impede or prevent the success of the business process re-design and implementation of the new care management platform.
• Ensure anticipated and committed outcomes and controls are in place to sustain results, this includes integration of report management into business process design.

 

Job Requirements:

 

·         4 + years experience leading continuous quality and /or business process improvement initiatives in a medical management managed care environment, including demonstrated knowledge of improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques. 

·         Advanced understanding of process and operational workflows within a managed care environment.

·         Ability to persuade, build credibility with and drive action by wide range of stakeholders (varying levels, experiences, and engagement)

·         3 years + direct experience in one or more of the following areas;

Utilization Management

Case Management

                        Disease Management
