Job Desc:
• 8+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Excellent knowledge of commercial Unix and Linux hardware and software which may include the following: Sun, IBM, Solaris and Red Hat. Expert knowledge of WebLogic Application Serer cluster implementations, JVM and application performance tuning.
• Expert knowledge of scripting languages and a very high level of competence in developing and maintaining scripts for system administration and automation purposes.
• Expert knowledge of SAN/NAS design, implementation and administration, clustering, replication, high availability, multipathing and backup/restore operations with focus on network storage appliances.
• Expert in virtualization implementation and administration based on VMWare technologies.
• Must be familiar with the following high availability technologies: Oracle RAC, F5 load balancers, and layer 2 switching techniques such as trunking and server side bonding.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in an environment where a high level of initiative and self discipline
