Description:
Provide onsite support to L2, L3 incidents.
Provide on-call support for P1/P2 tickets
Provide progress on incident resolution to Client Support Manager
Classify the incidents internally based on type, priority and allocate and assign work issues to offshore team
Provide handover to offshore team of open priority issues which need attention
Perform impact and root cause analysis of complex problems
Coordinate resolution of product issues with product vendor
Interact with the client teams to gather requirements for the enhancements
Provide support during release of the enhancements and bug fixes
