We have urgent requirement of Enterprise Content Management Consultant with one of our direct client in WA.

 

Location: Tumwater, WA

Duration:

Start Date: Oct. 21st, 2013

End Date: June, 30th, 2015 with possible extension of another 2 years.

 

Required Skills and Experience -SCORED

 

  • Expert Level Experience and substantial knowledge in all of these fields as evidenced by previous contracts or projects, published reports, and their demonstrated skills and experience is required (failure to meet these requirements will eliminate the Candidate from further consideration):

 

    • Implementing imaging applications (scan, index, store, and retrieve) using prescribed software and platforms, including custom code using .Net or JAVA in an N-Tier and Service Oriented Architecture.

 

    • FileNet Image Manager Products, Including Image Services & compatible TIFF image viewer.

 

    • Kofax Ascent Capture

 

    • TIFF, PDF, & other file format software for file conversion & other document imaging utility functions with .NET or JAVA development

 

    • Ability to configure image services and support new business areas as we add them.

 

Preferred Skills and Experience -SCORED

 

  • Candidate possess and able to demonstrate substantial knowledge in all of these fields as evidenced by previous contracts or projects, published reports, and their skills and experience. Candidates with additional applicable experience skills will be scored higher.

 

    • Integrating with XML and web services (including MQ Messaging).
    • Implementing process applications (workflow) using prescribed Identify and Document Workflows for software and platforms.
    • Integrating existing scanned images into prescribed software and databases.
    • Developing and configure user & group role-based domain level access, functionality, & workflow with electronic records management & document imaging.
    • Participating in Technical Review meetings as required.
    • Transferring knowledge program/technical staff.
    • Developing, testing, and implementing enhancements.
    • Developing functional test plans and conduct user interface testing.
    • Participating in data analysis/design meetings with customers as required.

Typical Experience with Sought-after Key Platforms

 

    • FileNet Image Manager (previously Panagon) Image Services with MS SQL Server (please note versions of Windows Server and SQL Server)
    • Kofax Ascent Capture Suite

 

Desired Skills and Experience -

 

  • Desired Skills and Experience are highly desired and Candidates with skills and experience in these areas will be scored higher.
    • Conducting Assessments/Requirements gathering to identify appropriate ECM solution.
    • Developing and configure data/content user interfaces with portlets, web pages, & input forms.
    • Implementing object oriented applications where applicable.
    • Providing hands-on training of all operational and technical processes used in developing         Electronic Document Workflow Management System applications.
    • Developing user and technical documentation as required.
    • Developing and measuring compliance with data retention, protection, privacy and archiving policies for electronic records (e.g. electronic documents, email and databases
