Skills Required: Critical

Ø  GPFS architecture design / Power7

Ø  GPFS installation / AIX

Ø  GPFS tuning and troubleshooting

Ø  GPFS upgrades

Ø  GPFS LUN resizing / migration

Ø  5 years in a systems admin role in a AIX environment (Senior)

Ø  (3) years administration of a high performance cluster and three years implementing system virtualization (Senior)

Ø  Installation/Configuration AIX 5.x, AIX 6.x, Power4, Power5, Power6, AIX HACMP, AIX VIOS (Virtual Server Environment - LPAR, DLPAR, VPAR)

Ø  Performance tuning, capacity management in the above AIX platforms (Senior)

Ø  Experience in Architecture/Design of IBM Server Infrastructure (Senior)

Ø  Demonstrated proficiency in UNIX /Linux variants, i.e. AIX, RedHat, CentOS, and Solaris

Ø  Demonstrated understanding of shell scripting, Perl, C, C++, , Apache, Samba, Kerberos, IPMI, SVN, Python, DNS and Active Directory integration
