Need Teradata Developer

Location: Richardson, TX

Duration: 9 months     

Face to face interview only…, LOCALS ONLY

Skills:

Effectively develops complex Teradata SQL coding (use of temp/volatile tables, complex joins, etc.)
Effectively performs - ETL on large data volumes while addressing out of spool conditions, query optimization, etc.) , requirements analysis, data profiling, data/information research, data/information analyses, data cleansing including identification of data anomalies, post load data/load quality checks
Experienced with dimensional database concepts, relational database concepts, data integration initiatives, data movement initiatives
Possesses strong analytical thinking skills
Effectively creates clear and concise documentation, produces source to target maps, understands and validates metrics
Effectively determines project scope and priorities, plans and coordinates tasks across multiple teams, determines, manages, and escalates risk, multi-tasks (i.e., works on multiple tasks/same project and/or multiple projects), works in a team environment, communicates and liaisons with non-technical personnel (e.g., customers, stakeholders, etc.) and technical personnel (e.g., data modelers, developers, DBAs, etc.)

Experience implementing technical projects.  Demonstrated PC proficiency to include Excel, PowerPoint and MS Access.  Knowledge and experience with SQL.
