In-depth knowledge of RHEL.
Knowledge of Vmware,iLO’s and RAID levels.
Knowledge of RPM’s
5-6 years professional systems maintenance experience in a UNIX data center environment.
Strong experience with system management tools, logical file systems, and client/server environments.
In-depth hardware configuration knowledge
Experience in new server builds in RHEL 5.x/6.x.
Shell programming experience
Network experience
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Knowledgeto Build Physical and Virtual machines using Kickstart server
Knowledge of Vmware ESX/I and VCenter
Demonstrated initiative, customer orientation and team work competencies
Ability to communicate technical issues with non-technical people
