Oracle SOA Developer

6+ Months

Major Entertainment Company in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Oracle SOA Developer for a 6 Month+ contract position.

Important: Should have Oracle B2B plug in experience and EDI knowledge/experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a SOA infrastructure environment 

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

• Recent experience using Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle OSB, Oracle Event Driven Network and Weblogic Application Server

• Experience in integrating applications using OSB

• Experience working with messaging infrastructures

• Experience in Implementing error handling frameworks.

• Experience working with PL/SQL Developer, Toad, SQL* Plus development tools

• Experience working with UML, Java, BPEL, HTML, XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, WSDL languages

• Experience working with Oracle 11g/10g and DB2 databases 

• Experience working with Linux (RedHat), Unix(Solaris, IBM AIX), Windows(All Flavors) operating systems 

• Experience in Point-to Point and Publish-Subscribe SOA Architecture

• Experience in working with various technology adapters such as File, FTP , Database, Oracle AQ and JMS adapter

• Experience in working with Human Workflow in BPEL Process

• Experience in automating deployments for OSB & BPEL

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, clients and other IT personnel.

• Ability to write and present effective materials, including technical documentation and flowcharts.

Knowledge: 

• Mastery level knowledge of Oracle B2B adapter, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping

• Mastery level knowledge of SOA frameworks, and web services integration via SOAP, XML, XML-RPC, XSL, XSLT, XPATH, XQuery, WSDL, ANT , Java, etc.

• Mastery level knowledge of Service Component Architecture

• Mastery level knowledge of Oracle Fusion middleware (BPEL, BPM, OSB) development

• Mastery level knowledge of XML schemas and methodologies.

• Mastery level knowledge of deployment strategies of distributed and multi-tiered applications.

• Comprehensive level knowledge of Object Oriented Design and Programming, with core experience in Java 

• Clear understanding of the full life cycle for EAI implementations.

• Good knowledge of Oracle's (BEA) Weblogic Application Server
