Our client is deploying an end-to-end Business Application transaction monitoring solution  with the technical deployment of application monitoring, support process development, best practice implementation and defining an efficient operational support model. 
Technical experience with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM 2012), Blue Stripe Fact Finder and Service Now is a significant plus
