·        10 years experience as a Project Manager

·        Experience in Genesys Suite of Products

Job Responsibilities

·        Project Manager with extensive experience working in an IT Environment and specifically with Contact Center Software

·        In this role you will be involved in the implementation and upgrading Clients Contact Center Software along with integrating existing software with the new suite.

·        Experience working on

o   Projects from initiation to completion and also have the ability to lead a team and work with both technical and functional teams.

·        Require Strong Communication Skills - both Written and Verbal.
