Consulting engagement at a large organization in the Healthcare service industry.

Upp is now seeking a:

 

Senor Technical Program Manager responsible for leading multiple technical teams responsible for the overall coordination, reporting and integration within the scope of an IT application environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·   Schedule and assign duties to subordinates.

·   Manage, track and support of testing and implementation deliverables across all SA 2014 FEP projects.

·   Provide support as needed across all SE 2014 FEP projects.

·   Plan and direct highly technical projects, involving all aspects of information resources management with emphasis on software development.

·   Develop and implement standard process management methodologies for the IT and Business community to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, meet customer expectations and add value.

 

EXPERIENCE:

·   Managing system integration projects involving multiple vendors.

·   Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture required

·   Knowledge in program governance, project prioritization and change management.

·   Leading and managing a cross-functional and multi-disciplinary team comprised of both business and IT resources.

·   Ability to effectively lead in a team environment, coach, mentor, and lead teams assigned to specific tasks.

Healthcare experience is a plus.
