Strong communication skills are a requirement
Onshore PLM Developer
Strong in all of the skills listed below for PLM with the addition of strong leadership and experience in leading & coordinating offshore development teams.
Very strong in ABAP Object oriented programming concepts
ABAP Web Dynpro development
SAP workflow using Business objects and classes
Very strong in ABAP dictionary - Table Maintenance generators, View clusters, Lock objects, Search helps
ALV reports, interactive reports, Dialog Programming, User exits, BAdI, RFC's
SAP ADOBE forms
Strong knowledge in SAP PLM - BOM's, Explosion of BOMS, Multilevel BOMS, Engineering change Management
Strong knowledge of MM views, extending MM to plants, creating and changing MM data
Knowledge of SAP Document Management systems (DMS) module
Qualifications
 
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science graduates with 4-7 years of experience.
