Role: Citrix Admin with Epic exp
Location: CA
Duration: 6+ months
Our client is in need of a Citrix Admin for an Epic project. So they need to have the below experience as well as experience working with Epic.
Do you have anyone? This is in California.
Required Qualification:
• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of a diploma in an IT field – Bachelors' degree is a plus.
• Expertise and/or certification in Windows Server platform
• A working knowledge of terminal services technology using Windows
Terminal Services, Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop and VMware Horizon View
• A strong familiarity with deploying applications to remote workstations using third-party software distribution tools such as SMS, ZENworks, LANdesk, thin client, login scripts or Group Policies.
• A working knowledge of TCP/IP, Microsoft's implementation of TCP/IP, and DNS.
• The ability to manage file shares, print queues, users, and groups on Windows file servers.
• Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) or VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in an Epic environment is a definite plus
