I got an urgent job opportunity with one of the best Telecom client at St. Louis MO Sharing you the JD below for your reference: Role: Application Support Location: St. Louis MO Duration: 12 months Job Description: JD: We are mainly looking for Tier 2 application support for order fallout handling and ticket management. Below is the detailed JD. •Excellent communication & leadership skills. • Ability to quickly learn new business and technical concepts/applications in a fast paced service focused environment and lead highly visible and complex issues. • Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal communication, ability to quickly learn business applications and analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience/Expert in Telecommunications • Experience with UNIX/Linux/Cloud • Experience with Agile • Expert in SQL • Experience with Oracle & Sybase • Experience with Java • Experience with AVOS • Ability to look through Logs, XML and Design documents to assist in trouble shooting as needed. o Expert in SOAP UI • Proficient with Microsoft suite of applications. • Handling situations/incidents like escalated issues/degraded services/high-critical order/ticket push, etc... in order to meet business targets by coordinating with all key stakeholders like IT – support-delivery/business/PMO/ATT Senior Mgmt. • The ability to quickly understand a business problem and drive the application(s) teams to root and resolution of the issue, take ownership of the production issue. • Ability to communicate clean and concise problem statement and plan of action to business partners up to and including level 3's . ( drive and status on plan) • The ability to discuss at a technical level with the Application PSO, Developers and Designers the problems • The ability to understand a highly integrated environment.
