JOB : QA RUBY TESTERS
Positions : 2

The QA will jointly work with our Agile coaches and project teams to develop the processes and techniques required for the creation of maintainable, reusable and efficient automated acceptance tests. This role will be hands-on, developing acceptance tests utilizing Ruby and Cucumber for client projects, improving our ATDD framework and templates to work with different types of client projects, and identifying technologies and tools to address gaps in our ATDD processes.
Required Skill set :
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and values
• Experience working closely with the project team in user story planning, user story development using Gherkin, and participating in retrospective meetings
• Excellent communication skills, an energetic and positive attitude, strong team skills and an ability to mentor and coach people in Ruby, Cucumber, and Gherkin
• Experience identifying areas for testing improvement and working with the teams to implement appropriate agile QA practices
• Experience facilitating communication between developers, Business Analysts and Automation resources, driving a shared understanding of the domain
• Experience with test automation in an agile development environment implementing ATDD with Cucumber
• Senior to expert knowledge using Ruby to develop ATDD automated acceptance tests
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins/Hudson
