Client: AIG Life Insurance
Sr.QA/Lead with PEGA
Berkeley Heights, NJ

12+ months contract

PHONE/Skype

·         Must have QTP experience

·         Prefers Commercial Property experience

·         Prefers PEGA environment experience

·         Responsible for Preparing Test Strategy.

·         Responsible for managing the development and execution of formal test plans, test scenarios and test cases to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.

·         Should be a hands on testing team member, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation (QTP) and test execution.

·         Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status.

·         Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business.

·         Should be able to conduct status meetings and manage UAT

·         Should prepare all SDLC documents.

·         Performs quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed.

·         Demonstrates specific technological expertise in RPTG (Cognos)/ETL (DataStage) and PEGA as well as Geospatial Analysis/testing.

·         Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar or equivalent work experience and 6+ years of systems development, testing and/or business experience.

·         Prior insurance experience is highly preferred but not mandatory. This individual will be a team lead/manager completely responsible for System testing, QA and UAT
