Title: Lead Project Manager
Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 12+ months
Rate: $80/hr on C2C
The Senior Project Manager leads a project from initiation to close, to deliver effective solutions that meet approved customer and business needs. The role is accountable for determining and delivering solutions to approved budget and schedule commitments whilst meeting required quality and compliance standards. This role is also required to follow established project management standards and lead / contribute to continued development of the project management capability.
· Manage a Regional team with oversight from a Global PMO and local business sponsors

· Principal day-to-day on-site project manager in Wilmington
· Accountable for oversight and monitoring of IS related work streams and activities
· Support Program Director in all Sponsor, executive management, and cross-functional reporting requirements (recurring and ad hoc)
· Manage Program Office
· Initiate and monitor the overall program governance, structure, strategies, tactics and activity streams
· Develop overall project updates & status for stakeholders and steering committee
· Work with Work Stream Leads and PMO through high level and detailed Fit/Gap to define scope
· Work with Work Stream Leads and PMO to draft initial schedule
· Pre plan each activity and associated strategies, tactics, templates, forms
· Work with Work Stream Leads to ensure there is coordination between IT and business and between varying work streams
· Manage and monitor budget
· Manage Deployment, Close Out and benefits realization
· Manage resource contingencies and any constraints that may surface with competing and/or ancillary initiatives
· Identify and resolve conflicts that cross work stream boundaries in their functional scope, with the PMO serving as an appeal authority
· All internal team communications and status meetings
· Project management, coordination, analysis and governance of the project team related to user acceptance testing and pre Go Live activities
· Manage end to end user acceptance testing (UAT) and associated deliverables. Deliverables will include defining the UAT strategy, overseeing the process to ensure UAT test scripts are ready, oversee UAT execution, monitor defects, monitor testing personnel, ensure that UAT meets the entrance and exit criteria leading up to Go Live Go/ No Go decision
· Manage multiple workstream managers. Provide scheduling and monitoring in terms of scope, schedule, budget, resource management and quality
· Provide direct oversight to the project workstream to ensure that deliverables are produced in timely and quality manner
· Provide change management capabilities to assess change impacts to the business due to system, process or people changes and determine the best solution to address degree of change
· Preplan project phases to include testing and business cutover
REQUIRED:
· Degree with 7-10+ years of related experience
· SAP experience strongly preferred
· Pharma/Finance experience preferred
