we have an immediate need for below position with our  client 

Title: Oracle Functional Consultant  (Taleo)

Location: Dublin, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

 

Senior Oracle Functional Consultant:

A minimum of 8-10 years Taleo functional experience with 2+ Taleo implementation experience.

Must have hands-on configuration and implementation experience in more than two of the following Oracle Taleo modules:

 

Taleo Recruitment

Taleo On boarding

Taleo Social sourcing

Taleo Reporting

 

Complete understanding of the Oracle Taleo architecture.

Experience in implementing, integrating legacy, or Oracle HRMS/ HCM applications with Taleo cloud based ERP

To understand the functionality and provide technical expertise related to solution offerings to support deliverable and/or project objectives.

 

 

Below will be the value added experience

Experience in Business Objects, Business Intelligence(Taleo Analytic)

Experience in Taleo Connect Client

 

 

Consulting skills

Experience in understanding business requirements and translating them into High-Level Design solutions.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts

Ability to prioritize the work to meet timelines;

Should be responsive

Documentation & Articulation capabilities.

 

 

 

 

Title: JD Edwards Enterprise One Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6+ Months

 

 

Key skills required for the job are: JD Edwards E1 Adv Technical(Mandatory)

 

As a Consultant, you should have in-depth knowledge in any one technological or industry practice / functional area and overview of 2-3 other areas.

You should handle solution definition/ fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity.

You should be able to build a custom Function Module with medium complexity program logic.

Minimum work experience:8 - 10 Years
