“Senior Developer in Microsoft Dot Net technology and SQL Server programming”
Looking for a senior developer with strong Microsoft technology skills and experience in working in a team environment dealing with multiple technical projects from coding - deployment and testing.
General Requirement:
• Good understanding of software development Life cycle working in a team environment. Working experience in Agile methodology is a plus
• Good communication skills required with experience in dealing with business stakeholders
• Ability to work as a team member with other developers
• Ability to troubleshoot existing code and provide solution to optimize and fix it as well as start a new task from the beginning.
• Knowledge of Financial engineering (Statistics concepts, dealing with daily data upload etc.) is desired
Technical Requirements:
• Total experience 8 years; Minimum 6 years of experience in Microsoft SQL server and Dot Net programming
• SQL Server 2008R2 advanced programming skills required - Thorough knowledge of Stored Procedures and Functions and other advanced SQL Server settings and options i.e. dealing with optimizations and backup and recovery
• SQL Server reporting services experience (minimum 1 year experience) is required
• Microsoft Dot Net programming skills requirements:
o Minimum of 4 years of experience in ASP.NET programming needed with C#, AJAX, Web Services
o Experience in Visual Studio 2010 or higher needed
o Web application deployment and configuration skills needed
o Experience in dealing with Web Serve installation and trouble shooting is a plus
