Job Description

We are looking a strong technical writer to work with our product and engineering teams to clearly, concisely, and accurately communicate to our partners how to integrate with our Advertising campaign management API and build out the help documentation for the campaign management UI.  This documentation includes online help, user guides/manuals, white papers, design specifications, system manuals, etc. This Technical Writer will create documentation in many forms, including Responsibilities  Create, define and maintain the external technical API reference documents and developer guides for our Campaign Management API   Identify and develop content / help for areas of application UI that require a deeper level of explanation or guidance to clarify functionality.  Collaborate with the engineering and product management team to provide documentation that is accurate, comprehensive, usable, and communicates the marketing and positioning needed to promote the product  Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others  Manage complex documentation projects  Supplement developer documentation with relevant sample code.

Skill/Experience/Education  Mandatory: Preferred qualifications  2 years of relevant experience, such as technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing including experience with writing technical customer-facing materials.  Proficiency with MS Word, Confluence Wiki and basic HTML.  Ability to navigate a complex technical platform and interface with multiple engineers to collect the documentation  Experience with traditional Search Engine Marketing (Google AdWords, Bing Ads) a plus  Must be a self-starter, independent, agile, and comfortable with a fast paced, environment with shifting priorities
