Job Position: IT Project Lead / PM – BI/R12 EBS

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Duration: 12 months

 

Summary of Position:

We are implementing Oracle R12 EBS solution that includes a BI Solution for integrated reporting needs. The right person for this position:

·         Manages Reporting Track and orchestrates the results to achieve a broad project goal.

·         Plans and implements schedules and monitors Reporting Track from inception through delivery.

·         Defines and reports Reporting Track roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics.

·         Identifies and monitors areas of risk.

·         Continuously seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule.

·         Builds and manages to budgets.

·         Facilitates communication and coordination among IT Tracks and Business Workstreams.

·         Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.

·         Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting component project tracks or overall program.

 

Expected Qualifications & Experience:

·         Project Management skills are required.

·         Working on large projects is required.

·         Business Intelligence Project experience required Experience working on Oracle EBS implementation projects preferred.

·         Strong and clear communication skills.

·         Experience navigating complex interpersonal and business relationships is required.
