REQUIREMENT DETAILS:
Position: Data Modeler/Data Automation Consultant
Duration: 4 month project
Location: Stamford, CT
Rate: $50/hr
Automate work streams for Revenue and Statistics models allowing for easy updates and reduction in manual intervention. Enhance the existing analytical framework effectively measuring subscriber and revenue performance. Consume data from different sources, (SharePoint, Micro Strategy, Teradata, Longview, Billing reports and other third party sources) encapsulating all sources under one unified structure for consumption.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Complete the automation of the following tools:
· Stat Presentation
· NPP ARPU Model
· Consolidated Input to PSU Models
· Revenue Presentation
· Integrating third party feeds into the models
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree & 6+ years of experience in database querying & data modeling REQUIRED
· Experience with 1 or more of the following tools; Stat Presentation, NPP ARPU Model
· Advanced Proficiency in database concepts, SQL, Access, Excel &VBA REQUIRED
· Experience with budgets, P&L reports, systems and procedures REQUIRED
· Excellent Communication skills; Ability to professionally interact with others to gain support for ideas, proposals, projects and solutions
· Knowledge of communications, cable television products and services REQUIRED
· Process and systems thinker -Comfortable working in complex environments, process oriented and able to conceptualize the entire lead and customer lifecycle
· Service oriented - Patient, empathetic, great communicator, customer focused
· Detailed and analytical - Understands numbers, data aware, understands the need for measurable processes, detail oriented, project manager
· Technically Astute – Proficient in dealing with database applications and writing complex queries against the data to get the answer in the most effective manner
