Job description:

 

 

• Preparation of project management plan, implementation plan, resource plan

• Project / program budgeting and applying updates

• On-boarding and off-boarding of resources following Barclays processes

• Managing and control changes to project requirements and objectives

• Tracking task statuses, identifying issues/problems and helping resolve the same

• Preparation of project status reports to team members, management and other stakeholders

• Managing project risk by identification and quantification of risks, and ensure implementation of appropriate mitigation actions

• Define and organize the closure of different phases of the project (lessons learnt)
