Role: Share Point Developer              

No of Positions : 1

Project Location: West Palm Beach

Duration: 6 months

 

 

 

 

Nature of project or situation which requires contractor staff to supplement permanent

staff:

To augment staff to support the Enhancement, Development, Deployment, and Mentoring

around the core concepts of business process management, collaboration, business intelligence

or enterprise content management of SharePoint 2013.

 

Specification of needed skill sets

Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint technologies

 

Required experience/ skills/ knowledge (software/ hardware/ project, etc)

Minimum of 3 years of required working experience (otherwise please don't send resume) in

following areas:

• Candidate must know ASP.Net Framework 3.5/4.0 using C#, VB.Net, Object oriented

concepts, ASP.Net page life cycle,

• Web Services, security, instrumentation, exception handling, SharePoint branding and

support of large, complex, or enterprise-wide solutions.

• Strong in HTML 4.0, CSS 3.0, Cross browser html support and DOM understanding.

• Strong in SOL Server

• Strong JavaScript and jQuery, XML

• SharePoint workflow and custom web part development

 

Preferred but not required experience/skills/knowledge

• Excellent communication skills, technical writing skills,

• Management and problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, leadership skills,

customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

SharePoint developers must also be self-motivated, detail-oriented and ability to multitask.

Specific work elements

• Assisting in project development, defining technical requirements and developing

solutions

• Mentoring support for applications; designing and customizing SharePoint solutions

• Assisting with architectural design and integrating content management, portals,

collaboration, business process or other solutions

• Assisting with planning and implementing software version upgrade releases

• Troubleshooting and debugging SharePoint sites; and working as a consultant on

SharePoint customization projects.
