Interview: Skype and coding test

Years required: 12+ minimum

8+ years of QA Automation Lead Experience

NEED A VERY STRONG AUTOMATION TEST LEAD WITH JAVA PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE 

Responsibilities:

• Develop test automation strategy for large complex projects.

• • Collaborates with product line stakeholders to understand and develop strategies, frameworks relating to their emerging demands

• • Design Test Automation, Execution and Lead automation delivery using HP QTP, Selenium, and Ranorex

• • Driving innovation/adoption of Industry practices through 

investigation/institutionalization of new tools/methods/standards

Skill Level

• 8+ years of QA Automation Lead Experience

• 2+ years of experience leading offshore teams

• Strong experience in HP QTP, ALM, Selenium, and Java

• Strong experience in complex data analysis and data calculations.

• Ability to validate QA deliverables and provide feedback

• Strong collaboration skills

• Strong leadership and verbal/written communication skills

• Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodology.

• Strong proficiency with requirements gathering tools.

• Strong knowledge of project management tools and concepts is preferred
