We are looking for SFDC Architect  to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.
This is 5 Months Contract based in Chicago IL.
 
Role: SFDC Architect 
Location: Chicago IL
Duration: 5 Months Contract
 
Mandatory skills:
·         Minimum 5 year experience in Technical Architecting and Solutioning Salesforce.com applications instance. Must be well versed in Enterprise Edition or above
·         End to end implementation with Integration experience along with org wide security settings
·         Formal Salesforce.com training; SFDC certified
·         Bachelor's degree
·         Strong analytical, detail driven, and problem solving skills
·         Strong influencing skills; Strong documentation and training skills
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·         Strong analytical, detail driven, and problem solving skills
 
Good to have skills:
·         Excellent organizational and follow through skills are required
·         Resilience, determination, energy and enthusiasm
·         Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and gain respect
·         Strong influencing skills; Strong documentation and training skills
·         Project Management skills
·         Fluency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
·         Assess client's existing Technical landscape, Business process and suggest optimal SFDC solution Org wide where it can fit in the user
·         Serve as Subject Matter Expert for end-user community. Provide CRM expertise to sales & marketing teams to streamline, automate, and standardize core business processes on SFDC platform
·         Responsibilities include design business process, partnering on configuration, customization, user provisioning, data migration, and report/dashboard design
·         Actively Participate in cross-functional teams to address strategic business issues involving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales operations
·         Develop and document requirements, and approach aligned to business needs.
·         Ability to blend technical, operational, sales and marketing requirements into well run CRM system
