We are looking for a Cisco Unified Communication manager to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.

This is a 3 -6months Contract based in Charlotte,NC.                                                                                      

 

Role: . Cisco Unified Communication manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 3-6 months Contract

Experience: 4-5 Yrs

Job Description:

·         Cisco Unified Communication manager(CUCM or CICM) knowledge

·         Cisco Agent features knowledge

·         Cisco Call handling and call routing basics

·         Knowledge of Java Voice API's provided by Cisco Communication Manager

·         Good programming knowledge in Java and JSP's, setting up the Java env

·         Version control Tools such as Clearcase, GIT, etc

·         Should have knowledge of Java UI development and testing (Icon Framework)

·         Should have end to end understanding of telephony concepts..

·         Good Communication skills to interact and co ordinate with Client and Vendors directly.

·         Should be self driven and own deliverables end to end (Individual Contributor)
