We have an immediate requirement with our client and the details are as follows.
Role : Sr Business Analyst / Data Stream Lead
Location : Madison, WI
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
Technical/Functional Skills
Mandatory:
• Experience Required 8+ years
• Expertise in deriving and writing business and Functional requirements
• Exposure to entity relationship and data schema modeling
• Exposure/awareness of Master Data Management or Data Governance (not essential, but at least an awareness)
• Basic knowledge of accounting processes
Optional:
• Basic understanding and experience of the Insurance business domain
• Knowledge of ACORD data model for Insurance will be added advantage
• Knowledge of industry standard reporting tools
Experience Required
• Experience in large BI/DWH implementation project preferably with Insurance customer
• 3+ years of Onshore management/lead experience is must
Roles & Responsibilities
• Derive and write Requirements
• Coordinate with Customer, TCS Onshore and Offshore project teams
• Provide guidance to customer about data modeling and data governance
• Project Planning and Monitoring
Generic Managerial Skills
• Able to work with open-ended goals
• Able to handle ambiguity and changes in direction
• Experience coaching others
