We are looking for Spotfire Developer to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.
This is 6 Months Contract position based in Houston, TX
 
Role: Spotfire Developer
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Extension: Yes
 
Job description:
·         Strong background in Spotfire Development and performance tuning.
·         Ability to identify how best to visualize given data set and to create those visualizations
·         Ability to transform vague 'business-level' requirements to actionable dashboards and visualizations
·         Good knowledge on Data modelling and Data warehousing concepts.
·         Ability to work independently and quickly turn around deliverables
·         Experience in any reporting tool like BO, SSRS etc.
  
Nice to have-
·         Experience in Business Objects reporting including Webi and Deski.
  
Generic-
·         Good communication skills (Oral and written) to get the clarification from the offshore/onshore technical team and to be able draft technical approach documents
·         Good understanding on the various development life cycles like Water Fall, Agile.
·         Gather requirements from Customer and Implement the same as per the standards.
·         Review work performed by team members
