Job description:

 

Technical/Functional Skills   -MUST HAVE SKILLS

 

- Architecting experience in handling data center migration/consolidation projects in a global environment.

- Technical Experience in data center, networks, server, operating systems, Citrix, Active Directory, and middleware

- Ability to coordinate the handling of tasks between providers and other teams

- Strong project management skills and all around knowledge of IT

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

- Work with internal staff to support logistics of server group moves

- Do a deep dive of service catalogue definition/implentation and recommend course of action against any discprepancies between AGCS objective/requirement and vendor service delivery

- Keep track of testing effort with various IT teams before, during and after the migration.  Analyze/complile results and coordinate remediation for resolution as necessary

- Work with various IT teams and vendors in finalizing integration approach in conjuction with new service management model to be implemented for future mode of operations 

- Assist in handling technical aspect of any inbouding/outbound dependencies with other projects to mitigate the risk
