Location: Eagan MN 55121
Duration: 12+ months
Interview: Face-To-Face
Responsible to work in a 24/7, fast paced environment. Ability to troubleshooting issues quickly is a must. Experience with troubleshooting SOA, network, WAF/firewall, load balancer, HTTP/HTTPS communication, and browser clients as it pertains to a large scale web application environment is preferred.
The successful candidate must be a self-motivator and be able to perform work with little guidance or instructions. Multiple tasks may be assigned which will require managing/prioritizing.
Skill Requirements:
· Experience supporting Java web applications in a UNIX environment.
· Experience with shell script. Perl and Python scripting is a plus.
· Experience with Network, WAF/Firewall, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, HTTP/HTTPS communications, Browser clients.
· Experience with monitoring tools such as byte code instrumentation, synthetic transaction, RUM transaction, JMX, packet sniffers, browser plugins.
· Experience with monitoring systems during web application load tests and assisting with troubleshooting.
· Experience leading support bridge calls for production systems issue resolution.
· Excellent communication skills required.
· Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills.
