Position:     Scrum Master W/ Jira
Location:    Wilmington, DE
Duration:   12+ Months

Required:-

10+ years and Must have very good experience in JIRA and must have previous JAVA Background

Facilitate the Scrum process (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews & retrospectives)

Responsible for managing the Scrum  team and Deliverables

Accountable for better vertical visibility of scrum teams, JIRA Reports, Cost, Burnt Down Chart, resources, risks etc

Coordinate with the leads, project managers, and product owners to do sprint and release planning

Coordinate with team and working towards the technical solutions to address issues as priority
