10+ years of in PeopleSoft technical with minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Interaction Hub / PeopleSoft Portal and implementation of Secure Enterprise Search (SES)
Required Skills:
- Solid understanding and work experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Lead (9.1 and higher)
- PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher experience required with end to end experience on implementing Interaction Hub
- Well versed in Portal configuration to make it work with PS applications like FSCM / HCM / ELM
- Experience in configuration of Portal to address branding requirements of the client
- Experience in enabling unified navigation, common worklists, security process between FSCM / HCM / Portal, single sign-on from Portal to FSCM, HCM and ELM instances
- Experience in implementation of SES (Secure Enterprise Search) functionality / SES crawler
- Experience in enabling Oracle SES to work with HCM / FSCM / Portal instances
- Experience in turning on Search UI / API framework, delivered search definitions and portal registry search definition
- Experience with the SDLC: Requirements Gathering, Design, configuration, writing of testing cases and execution of testing cycles, preparation of Training manuals
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this position will require constant interaction with customer team on a daily basis
- Fluency in English is a must
- Lead all phases of the project's functional track – Assessment, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training and Deployment
- Provide best practice based inputs to clients on PeopleSoft Interaction Hub and SES and its utilization to meet business requirements
- Take bottom-line responsibility for the track in a project and complete tasks per the project plan
- Must have multiple PeopleSoft Interaction Hub / SES implementation project experiences
- Must have project experience of working for energy & utility customers
- Solid understanding of integration between PeopleSoft modules and with external applications
- Experience in creating and executing test cases for Systems Integration Testing as well supporting User Acceptance testing
- Experience in working with onsite / offshore model to plan and deliver the project responsibilities
- Need to work with offshore technical team to explain the design and configure
