Position : Agile Software Development lead/Manager
Location: St. Louis, MO (or able to travel there 50%-75% of time)
Duration : Long Term
We're looking more into an Agile Software Development lead/Manager who has experience with automation around OpenStack.
The other part is having a strong personality to work in an aggressive and fast paced environment and can negotiate and influence multiple interfacing teams that are very skilled and knowledgeable in OpenStack and the Automation of deploying/upgrading OpenStack and Cloud infrastructures.
Very Strong Software Automation Lead
This individual will be responsible for leading a team of 60+ developers and automaton engineers responsible for driving the roadmap and delivering the automaton features necessary to deploy the cloud zones and performance upgrades, patches and major/minor releases.
They need to be a strong leader - strong in team leadership and thought leadership.
Will be in front of the client everyday - so client relations/soft skills are a must.
Director level leadership is desired.
