Job Position: Project Manager

Location: Salem, OR 97301 ( Need Locals)

Duration: 5 month contract

20 hours a week

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. 

Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.

 

Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. 

May require a bachelor's degree and 7 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. 

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. 

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 

Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 

Project Manager for the Civil Rights Compliance Tracking (CRCT) Architecture Upgrade Project. 

This engagement is only for a part time 20 hour a week transitional period, to oversee the business selecting between documented options for proceeding with the project. 

The path chosen will require developing consensus on project re-org with steering committee, and perform updates to the project statement and plan, and other project management documentation.
