JOB TITLE: DATA ANALYST

LOCATION: DAYTON, OH

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Perform analysis of all data into, out of and within support of Data Warehousing efforts.
2. Identify and quantify data issues within the organization and assist in the development plans to resolve data issues.
3. Support regular data management processes and ad hoc user requests.
4. Monitor the quality of data submitted to regulatory agencies.
5. Supports the verification of data accuracy within DSI Analytic Systems and source systems.
6. Supports the maintenance of the Analytic Systems data dictionaries.
7. Develop, document and perform testing and validation as needed.
8. Assist in ETL development, documentation and testing as needed.
9. Work with SMEs to develop business rules that support the transformation of data.
10. Facilitate discussions between end users and data modelers as needed.

Note:- AT THIS POINT OF TIME OUR CLIENT NEED USC or GC  HOLDER ONLY...!

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
2. 5+ years' experience in data analysis or equivalent analytic experience.
3. Experience in data mapping preferred.
4. Healthcare experience preferred.
5. Proven understanding of database relationships.
6. Proven programming skills with emphasis on mining/manipulation.
7. Advanced MS Excel and/or Access.
8. SAS experience preferred.
9. SQL experience a plus.
10. Communication skills both written and verbal.
11. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
12. Critical listening and thinking skills.
13. Decision making/problem solving skills.
14. Excellent customer service skills.
