Location:: Sunrise, FL/ Bloomfield, CT
Duration:: 1+ year

Primary Skills :-
· Prior experience of BPM and BRM.
· Extensive Knowledge of PEGA Claim Engine
· Extensive experience of System Modelling for Claim Adjudication
· Experience of Healthcare Claim Adjudication
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Working with PEGA as a current assignment
· Experience leading a team in collaborative development of prototypes for demonstration of concepts
Secondary Skills :-
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Generic Managerial/Soft Skills :-
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria
· Must be able to facilitate teams to successful resolution of issues
· Must have good negotiation skills, conflict management & resolution skills
· Creative approach to problem solving.
