Job Description:

 

Should have functional Knowledge on Dynamics CRM/ other CRM domains with Industry verticals & horizontals.

·         Should be able to explain and convince business with industry best practices.

·         Individual contributor and convince Engineering and Business teams.

·         Should be able to communicate and articulate context very well to business and required stake holders.

·         Should be able to prepare training materials/content management

·         Hands on experience on MS Dynamics CRM is value added and Global roll outs is advantage.
