Job Description:

IBM WebSphere Portal Developer

WebSphere Portal Development team is searching for a WebSphere Portal Developer who will design, develop, and maintain J2EE Portlet applications based on requirements provided by business side.

Responsibilities:

·          Design, develop and maintain WebSphere Portal applications.

·          Document all the business applications.

·          Build, deploy and troubleshoot Java Web Applications, J2EE and Portlet modules.

·          Provide 3rd tier support for production systems.

·          Mentor junior developers.

Required Experience:

·          Bachelor's Degree.

·          4 years of Java.

·          2 years of J2EE.

·          2 years of Websphere Portal 8.x (preferred).

·          2 years of AJAX and Dojo (preferred).

·          1 year SOAP Services.

·          UI Frameworks (JQuery, Bootstrap, AngulaJS).

·          Development of Portlets, themes, layouts, services (Preferred).

·          Deploying applications on IBM Portal/WAS (Preferred).

·          Rational Application Developer 9.x experience (preferred).

·          Code documentation experience preferred.

·         Experience with wireless carriers preferred.
