Role: Network Engineer
Location: Washington, DC
Experience: 6+ years
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Basic knowledge in various network monitoring tools.
· Basic knowledge of CISCO operation system.
· Performs 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting of the Client's Local Area Network (LAN) and Global Communications networks
· Requires intermediate knowledge and understanding of LAN (wired and wireless)/WAN technology
· minimum of 2 Years of experience in the telecommunications industry and/or computer networking, wired and wireless technology
· CCNA Certification
Desired Skills/Abilities
· Good knowledge in Microsoft Sharepoint, Excel
· Understanding of ITIL processes,
· Knowledge of Remedy Incident Management system and Crystal Reports
· Knowledge of Linux operating system environment
