Job Description:
The primary responsibility is to manage a portfolio of projects in Clarity. On a daily or monthly basis, the Analyst will co-ordinate the forecast meetings with the Program Managers to plug in forecast into Clarity every month, make changes in Clarity based on central COO office requests, liaise with overseas teams to identify and fix gaps and reconcile amounts. On a yearly basis, the analyst will assist in the Budgeting exercise, plugging in project metadata in Clarity, submitting projects for budgetary approval etc. In addition to the Clarity specific tasks, the PMO Analyst will also participate in critical projects, take minutes, create Visio diagrams, participate in UAT and draft project plans.
