· QA Metrics expertise - Defect Reporting, Project Health/Status Report, Dashboards
· SQL Skills expertise
· WEB/Mobile Applications Testing experience
· Expert in creating Master Test Plan and Strategy
· Excellent Communication skills a must
· Must have good facilitation skills driving Triage Meetings, Defect Review Meetings
· .Net Applications Testing Experience
· Advanced SQL Skills - SQL Server 2008
· QA Skills - Defect Management, Risk Based Testing, Integration, System Testing
· Security Testing Expertise
· Good to have IVR Testing expertise
