Role & Responsibilities:
*With a clear understanding of the requirement conduct searches in job portals using the right keyword, then determine the best & most appropriate profile to focus on.
*Ability to develop effective search techniques.
*Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to identify prospects with efficient resume reading.
*Need to call consultants and maintain time on call efficiently.
*Should work on resource planning & recruitment's.
*Able to provide orientation & communicate policies to consultants and work on strategies to come up with beneficial policies.
*Use innovative methods to translate a good profile into a prospect to the company.
*Deal directly with consultants either by phone & mail.
*Organize workflow to set-up interview schedules with managers & meet deadlines.
*Maintain a record of inquiries, interactions & comments related to the hiring process.
*Maintain a user-friendly yet a clear activity report on daily basis.
