Force.com platform | SFDC Developer experience |
Hands-On experience in designing and implementing applications on Force.com | |
Development using standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages, VF Controllers), Sales and Service Cloud including customer and partner portal development. | |
Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA, & Metadata APIs | |
Strong web development skills including JSON,XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX | |
Experience with projects using Agile/SCRUM methodology and be in a position to lead the team using Agile/SCRUM approach | |
Experienced in handling multi country rollouts and managed multiple instances of Salesforce.com | |
Experience with applying best practices on force.com and VF platforms. | |
Generic | Services oriented design principles (SOA) |
Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills | |

Plus | Salesforce.com certified, Force.com Developer |
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience | |
Object oriented development skills (Java, .Net),SQL,RDBMS experience | |
Working knowledge on force.com sites will be a plus |
