Location: St. Louis, MO

Qualification: 
• Minimum 3 years' experience, Bachelor's Degree.
• Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Package Configuration and Change Management.
• Should have baseline skills in Functional Architecture Design and Architecture Knowledge.
• Ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in the analysis, design, or testing of identity management and single sign-on solutions preferably on the NETIQ platform. 
• Candidate must possess good verbal and written communications skills, as this is a client facing role.
• NETIQ solutions or Single Sign-on and Identity Management implementations
• Hands on testing experience in NETIQ IDM
• Ability to understand, create and update Dataflow Diagrams
• Software development lifecycle management 

Responsibilities include
• Participate in requirements gathering, systems analysis and solution definition for Identity Management / Access Management implementation. 
• Contribute technical expertise for single sign-on solutions, preferably for the NETIQ platform.
• Developing test scripts and identifying test data
• Perform testing and use-case functional validation for implemented SSO solution
• Assist in defect analysis and root cause identification.
• Knowledge transfer of developed solutions to client/team resources

Job Description
• You are a self-reliant analyst who has mastered at least one methodology. 
• You are developing your knowledge in a business and/or industry domain and an ERP solution or a technical tool / programming language. 

• Possible positions could include being a Business Process Consultant describing processes, Requirements Analyst describing business / functional requirements or Package configuration.
