Position: SOA SYSTEM ANALYST

Interview Type: F2F after telephone interview

Lenght : long term

Top 3 "must haves" are:

• Solid knowledge of database concepts, SQL and data modeling. At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
• In-depth understanding of Web Services, SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), XML.
• 3-5 years of experience working on system requirements for large enterprise integration projects, business process modeling.

Daily functionality includes:

• Interaction with external and internal customers, project managers, application business analysts, architects, application developers, and QA testers, for full life cycle of projects.
• Documenting business requirements and translating it to system integration requirements. Creating and maintaining accurate integration data mapping.
• Documenting "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, creating business process models. The ideal candidate will have technical understanding of BPM-Business Process Modeling and BPEL-Business Process Execution Language.
• Data discovery. Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. Data modeling using Power Designer or ERWIN modeling tools.
