Need - Business Systems Analyst- Charlotte, NC -6+Months

Position: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6+ Months

Max Rate $40/HR  !! Local candidates will be considered first, but they will consider non local candidates. !!

Job Description:

·     Bachelor's degree required

·     Cheerful character with 'can do' attitude, organized and motivated individual 

·     Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships at all levels

·     Ability to communicate effectively on both a technical and business level

·     Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams to support cross functional initiatives/ projects

·     Excellent analytical skills, pertaining to data analysis

·     Strong document management skills; experience with documenting process maps/workflows

·     Experienced in collecting, organizing and tracking requirements (requirements management) 

·     Understanding of complex mathematical expressions with an ability to translate them to applicable audiences e.g. application developers

·     Hands on experience supporting business services systems, specifically margin/risk management application.  Knowledge of futures and derivatives is a plus. 

·     5+ years of experience in information technology with an emphasis on Business Systems Analysis

·     5+ years of experience of gathering requirements and working with technical staff to develop system designs

·     Ability to understand and follow instructions, give instructions and often answer to management or senior members of staff.
